How do I setup your service?We focus on quality, not quantity. Each person's tastes are as unique as the person themselves. Contact us and will start a conversation - understanding your tastes and then we can do your shopping for you.

Are there refunds or cancellations?You can cancel your service at any time. However the products themselves, since they are often purchased internationally, cannot be refunded. All sales are final.

Are you selling products or services?Both. We are the concierge shopper for the fit-minded individual. Meaning we will work to find the products you want direct from the retailer. Hard to find or time-limited releases are our speciality. We shop internationally to help you find what you're looking for.

Who pays for the product?You do. However, we will purchase the gear on your behalf. You'll have full access to the purchase history.
